Troubleshooting Flowchart​

Use the flowchart below to quickly navigate the most common failure paths.

If the embedded viewer does not load, open the flowchart directly: Open troubleshooting flowchart.

Quick checks (text fallback)​

If you cannot use the flowchart, use this quick checklist:

  1. Check if the bridge hotspot is visible and connectable.
  2. Verify the bridge power supply (12V and ground).
  3. Verify CAN bus wiring and connector orientation.
  4. Confirm the correct pinout is selected in Webconfig.
  5. Reboot the scooter and bridge, then test again.
